I have a GE motion sensing switch with 4 wire Red/Black/Brown and Green outlet has 2 blacks and one red, help?
Please help with connection help.
It is connected to another switch. There is a whiet inside but it is two white have a marete on it.
The other switch is a straight on off.
I know green is ground so that not an issue….

Do you have a three-way or single pole? You should look at instructions to figure out what the color coding on the motion switch is, You also need to figure out single or 3-way, If three way, make note of which wire is the common wire on old switch before you take it out. Also looks like your box is missing a white/neutral which, if required by you motion switch, means that you cant just wire it in without pulling another wire.

Hook common in box (it was marked on old switch) to common on switch
Connect two travelers in box (the 2 that are not the common) to travelers on motion switch.
