The desires of people over technology is continually changing in this generation. It is in equal with the rapid improvements of technology that takes place in the electronic market. Digital camera is not an exclusion with this. Lately, people have witnessed how great the resulting image of the advance camera enabling them to be users of the camera as well. Hobbyist of these Cameras can reached a life-like image result with the help of specific accessories. People who will view your photos will be amazed and astonished and would praise your creations. All of a sudden, the need for more supply occurs since people everyday are buying theses gadgets. That’s the reason why manufacturers made many variations of these gadgets to cope with the demand needs.
The main goal of technology is to help people’s lives a little bit less complicated. Human as we are, we are likely to ask for more the moment we got used to what we currently have. The market was bombarded with high level of demand when they introduced the digital cameras. The printing of photos in the classic cameras is done manually while in the latest digital camera you can print it automatically y either saving it to the memory card or connecting your digital camera through an usb cable. Due to the constant innovation of digital cameras, other manufacturers spend money for researching on possible functions that can still be added to the latest released cameras. As suppliers are competing, photographers are smiling to what they are offering.
Usually, high performing digital cameras are expensive while the minimal performing are rather cheap. Other cameras are placed in cellular phones. For excellent results, studio photographers and hobbyist are using the more sophisticated digital single-lens reflex camera. DSLR camera owners can easily adapt in the change of environment and can still continue to take pictures no matter what the weather or the environment may be. Often varies from one another, the camera lenses are the most integral part of a DSLR in capturing life-like images. Beginner photographers should start by using a compact digital camera. Generally they are made to be portable and transferable. Beginners, neophytes, and even professionals can use these cameras. Bridge cameras are used when gathering detailed informations for research. A DSLR camera have an interchangeable lens while that bridge camera can’t change lenses at all.
Camera accessories are not usually need except for the camera lenses in DSLR. A specific accessory adds a specific feature or function the camera. Buying pre-owned accessories is not advisable since you don’t know how it was being used by the original owner.
Here’s a list of accessories:
Substitute battery
Always be prepared on possible things that might occur. Discouraging it will be when you want to capture wild animals during your trip but sadly you don’t have any battery left. This misfortune can be prevented if you brought an extra battery with you.
Another memory card
Smaller size memory cards must be used only for photos while the larger capacity memory cards can be used both in photos and videos. Having at least 8gb of extra memory card would enable you to take unlimited photos and video.
Camera bag that are water resistant
To keep your camera set all-in-one intact. We can’t avoid misfortunes but we can do something to counter it the moment is shows. As what the saying goes, better to have one and not needing it rather than needing it but don’t have one.
Everyday, the digital camera is constantly changing with releasing of newer versions every now and then.
The accessories especially the camera lenses are co-evolving with the camera.
Recently, because of a growing interest in them, there have been new digital single-lens reflex, or DSLR cameras and camera accessories that have been released in the market and amateur and professional photographers have been spending to get one or two of these. DSLR cameras are a staple for professional and serious photographers. With the right DSLR camera and camera lens, you can take rich and high quality photos.
For the more enthusiastic photographers, they are better off with DSLR cameras. Ordinary cameras are cheaper compared to DSLR cameras. Earning money is possible with DSLR cameras. If you’re having second thoughts about owning a DSLR camera and buying its accessories, then you might want to buy a compact camera instead.
The reasons why advanced photographers like DSLR cameras are many. The cost of the camera is outweighed by the benefits it can give to their owners.
? Exchangeable lens The option to use different lens and filters is one of the best features of a DSLR camera. Photographers will be more versatile in taking pictures. They have the option to use different lenses in a photo shoot. Best results are achieved if you know how and when to use the different types of lens, even if it can be difficult learn it.
? You get to choose how your picture comes out A DSLR camera, unlike most point-and-shoots, can have its settings manually reconfigured to your liking. As the elements in a photo shoot change, so can the settings of the DSLR camera. A good know-how on camera settings can help a photographer take the best pictures.
? A better way to frame a picture The viewfinder is important as it is a way to see what the camera sees. How your picture is framed is the function of the viewfinder. A DSLR’s framing is better than that of normal LCD screens.
? A better shutter speed compared to ordinary digital cameras In all digital cameras, there exists shutter lag. There is shutter lag when there is a delay in the capturing of your image. The final image can be distorted by the shutter lag, making it somewhat difficult to get your desired results. A shorter shutter lag is better for picture taking, and that is why DSLRs are preferred over ordinary digital cameras.
A photographer, to take the best pictures, may need to acquire some camera accessories, lighting mechanisms, extra lenses and tripods for example, in addition to his basic DSLR camera kit. Camera accessories are not necessary for dedicated beginners and hobbyists, but they may prove to be indispensible in the future.

”Travelling without moving”: A study on the reconstruction, compression, and rendering of three-dimensional environments for telepresence. $49.99 In this dissertation, we study issues related to free-view 3D-video, and in particular issues of 3D scene reconstruction, compression, and rendering. We present four main contributions. First, we present a novel algorithm which performs surface reconstruction from planar arrays of cameras and generates dense depth maps with multiple values per pixel. Second, we introduce a novel codec for the static depth-image-based representation, which jointly estimates and encodes the unknown depth map from multiple views using a novel rate-distortion optimization scheme. Third, we propose a second novel codec for the static depth-image-based representation, which relies on a shape-adaptive wavelet transform and an explicit representation of the locations of major depth edges to achieve major rate-distortion gains. Finally, we propose a novel algorithm to extract the side information in the context of distributed video coding of 3D scenes. |

(re)collector. $49.99 In Julio Cortazar’s short story ‘Las Babas del Diablo’, a photographer sees a woman talking to a boy in a park and decides to take their picture. On returning to his studio to develop the image, he notices additional elements in the scene: in particular a man in a parked car, who seems to know the woman. Cortazar’s story explores the blurred distinction between reality and its image, showing us that both are always simply a perception of events. (re)collector is a public art work, temporarily installed in Cambridge, England. Ten cameras were installed throughout the city center, programmed to recognize and record public behaviors that corresponded to scenes from ‘Blow-Up’, Michelangelo Antonioni’s classic 1966 interpretation of Cortazar’s story. At the end of each of the four days that the project was exhibited, the footage captured by the cameras was automatically reorganized into a narrative based upon corresponding lines from ‘Las Babas del Diablo’, and projected into the city center. As with Antonioni’s movie, each of the films generated by the (re)collector system is a version of Cortazar’s story: not simply an adaptation, rather an infinite re-staging that attempts to piece together the fragmented experience of everyday life in the city. Chapter One of the thesis provides an overview of systems-based approaches to art, focusing specifically on theories developed by Jack Burnham in the early 1970s. Chapter Two discusses the experiential nature of hybrid real/virtual spaces, within the context of the notion of The Sublime. Chapter Three looks at the blurred boundaries between art and reality that is the consequence of systems art when embedded within real-time social environments. Chapter Four provides an overview of the (re)collector project, contextualizing it art historically and methodologically. Chapter Five assesses future directions for the project, identifying its key contributions to the field in general. |
